The Apartment:

The apartment is located in the very center of the old town of Peccioli, a few meters from the main square, the town hall, the viewpoints and the attractions of this beautiful little town. 
An ideal place for rest, relaxation or as a starting point for exploring Tuscany.

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people. We recommend it to couples, families with 1-2 children, and small groups of friends.

Its floor area is approx. 45 square meters. There is a larger living room with kitchen, dining area and a comfortable sofa (can be converted into a 160x200cm bed). There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. 
There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The apartment is available for rent all year round, shorter and longer periods are negotiable. (In high season usually minimum 2-3 nights stay)

Free WI-FI in the entire area of ​​the apartment.

Bed linen, towels, shower gel, liquid soap, coffee are provided in the apartment.

In the living room you can find SMART TV with digital channels and online content (movies, games etc.)

Fully equipped kitchen:

• Refrigerator with freezer

• Crockery, plates and cutlery

• Glasses, mugs

• Kettle

• Coffee maker

• Induction hob

• Dishwasher

We are a complete NON-SMOKING property, so all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is available only outside the building. 

Unfortunately we can not accept pets.

Parking information

The apartment is located in the city center of Peccioli.

It is allowed to go to the apartment by car and there is no toll, but there are some limitations, please follow the instructions on the road signs (sometimes there are festivals etc., when the road is closed). 

We recommend to go to the apartment while you pack/unpack your luggages and then go one of the Public Parking spots near there for the longer term parking. Recommended parking spots, just few minutes walk from the apartment: 

• P1 "Parcheggio Piazza San Bartolo" on Via Poggio D'Erina - Free parking, approx. 4-5 min walk

• P4 "Parcheggio Multipiano" on Viale Mazzini 41/B - Pay parking with panorama elevator to the center 

• P5 "Parcheggio Pubblico" on Via Della Resistenza - Free parking, approx. 5-6 min walk 

There are also more free parking places in Peccioli. 

NOTE: Tuesday is Market Day in Peccioli, so the main square area is closed between approx. 07:00-14:00.
